StayPoint follows the refund policies set by individual property owners and rental companies. Our role is to facilitate the transaction, and refund eligibility is determined by the property or rental provider's specific terms.
Fully Refundable Bookings: Can be cancelled without penalty up to the specified cancellation deadline.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Cannot be refunded once confirmed, unless specific conditions are met.
Partially Refundable Bookings: A portion of the fee is refunded based on the provider's terms.
